Just wanted to thank Michelle for the resources and consultation we had. My little boy is awaiting an autism assessment and has had some massive changes the past couple months (new sibling and house move!) and the social story was absolutely fantastic! The way it’s helped him understand things is priceless and I’m so glad I found her. I’d recommend her to anyone who was in the same boat and I am looking forward to booking in some emotional regulation sessions with her to help Reggie once we have gotten more settled. We read the social story every night for a couple weeks. He called it his 'special story' and you could see his face light up as he began to understand and it helped reduce the meltdowns massively I’m actually feeling emotional thinking about it!

We discovered The SEND Hub through social media and decided to find out more. After contacting Michelle, we spoke about our child’s challenges with dyslexia, particularly the impact it was having on her self-esteem and confidence. We then arranged a time for our daughter to meet with Michelle — something that has proved to be of great benefit to her.
Michelle has been incredibly supportive, especially during our child’s transition to a new school. She provided a detailed report outlining the adaptations and tools that would help our daughter succeed in class, along with valuable suggestions for how teachers could get the best out of her.
The SEND Hub has truly been a turning point for our daughter. We are so grateful for the help and guidance Michelle has given — not only to our daughter, but also to us as parents, helping us to better support her at home with her homework and learning.

Our youngest has finished his first 4 sessions with Michelle, and thoroughly enjoyed each one 🥰. It has been such a joy to see him engaging with education again, and developing his skills with her help.
Michelle has been wonderful at establishing a relationship with him, and working alongside him to challenge and support him to improve his skills and development. After searching so long for the right tutor, we feel very lucky to have found Michelle ✨

I contacted The SEND Learning Hub to see if they could help my daughter study for her GCSEs. They explained that unfortunately they don't cover GCSEs but asked if there was any advice they could help with to help my daughter anyway. Michelle was able to point me in the direction of a couple of resources which I was previously unaware of and even offered to meet in person to discuss it further. I really appreciated her taking the time to give me her friendly advice.
