We provide 1:1 tuition and support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), as well as guidance for families and professionals.

From parents/carers:

- Child’s name, date of birth, SEND needs, EHCP status
- Medical or behavioural information relevant to support
- Educational background
- Consent preferences
From professionals (e.g. schools, LAs):

- Agreed support plans
From the child (where appropriate):
- Preferred communication methods
- Support preferences (e.g. visuals or strategies)

We use your data to:
- Plan and deliver personalised tuition and support
- Communicate with you about sessions and progress
- Provide tailored resources and visual tools
- Complete referrals, reports, or invoices for local authorities or EHCP processes
- Keep children safe under safeguarding and health responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve our services (anonymously)

- All data is stored securely using password-protected devices and cloud storage
- Paper documents (if used) are kept locked and only accessed when needed
- Only the owner of The SEND Learning Hub can access full personal data
- Data is never shared with third parties unless with your written consent or in the case of safeguarding concerns
⏳ 5. How Long We Keep Your Data
- For child support and tuition: up to 7 years after service ends (for safeguarding/audit purposes)
- For enquiries: 12 months unless you request deletion sooner
- You can request deletion or review of your data at any time

We will never sell or misuse your information.

- With schools or local authorities — with your permission
- If there is a safeguarding concern
