High-energy activities (like jumping or spinning) to "wake up" the brain and body

Focused tasks (like balancing or throwing) to build coordination and brain-body connection

Heavy-work activities (like wall pushes or "steamrolling") to ground the system and prepare for a peaceful transition
Does your child struggle to sit still, feel "out of sync," or find it hard to transition from the school day to home life?
Sensory Circuits are a brilliant, evidence-based way to help children regulate their sensory systems. These structured, 30-minute sessions are designed to move children through specific stages to help them feel organised, focused, and calm.
The Three Stages of Success
Every session follows a professional three-step flow to support neurological regulation:
🔴 Alerting: High-energy activities (like jumping or spinning) to "wake up" the brain and body.
🟢 Organising: Focused tasks (like balancing or throwing) to build coordination and brain-body connection.
🔵 Calming: Heavy-work activities (like wall pushes or "steamrolling") to ground the system and prepare for a peaceful transition.
Session Times & Location
Join us at Cramlington Village Community Centre for our weekly sessions:
Mondays @ 10:00am: Ideal for Home-Ed families and pre-schoolers to start the week with focus.
Fridays @ 4:00pm: The perfect "decompress" after a long school week to prevent the weekend burnout.
Small Groups, Big Support
To ensure every child gets the space and attention they need, sessions are strictly limited to a maximum of 8 children.
Cost: £5 per child per session.
(Note: Initial sessions are £10 to include a mini-sensory profile for new attendees)
Is a Sensory Circuit right for my child?
Sensory circuits are beneficial for all children, but they are especially life-changing for those with:
• ADHD or Autism
• Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD)
• Difficulty with focus or "fidgeting"
• High anxiety or emotional regulation struggles
